Working with Settings in Excel®

To get to the Settings, click on the Extended Menu at the top of the panel.

The first-level choices are:

Settings

Opens the Settings panel to:

  • Automatically create a phone activity when you click on a phone number link in IA 365

  • Automatically create an email activity when you click on an email link in IA 365
  • Display email (as an activity type) along with other types of activities
  • Provide an additional tab with news about a contact

  • Days Back for News

    Select the # of days for LexisNexis to look back for news on the contact and company.

  • Preferred Contact view

    This is an individual-person setting, allowing the user to select which tab to appear as the default. You can select:

    • Activities or
    • Relationships or
    • Lists
Submit an idea

Opens a link in a new window to the InterAction+ Ideas Portal.

You can use this link to submit suggestions for improvements/enhancements.

Help Opens the help system.
