Settings

To get to the Settings for InterAction+™ for Microsoft 365® in Outlook, click on the Extended Menu at the top of the panel.

Below are your first-level choices for settings.

Setting Description

Administrator Settings

Available only if you are logged in as an InterAction+ administrator.

Display [on/off] Log Email option

Display [on/off] Toggle to display Ideas Portal Link

User Settings
  • Automatically create a phone activity when you click on a phone number link in IA 365

  • Automatically create an email activity when you click on an email link in IA 365
  • Automatically determine the InterAction+ fields extracted from the email signature
  • Provide an additional tab with news about a contact

  • Days back for news

    Select the # of days for LexisNexis to look back for news on the contact and company.

  • Preferred contact view

    Allows the user to select which tab to appear as the default. You can select

    • Activities [Default] or
    • Relationships or
    • Lists
  • Preferred Activity Types

    Select from the list which activity types to follow and display. [Max 15 choices]

Submit an idea

Opens a link in a new window to the InterAction+ Ideas Portal.

You can use this link to submit suggestions for improvements/enhancements.

Help Opens the help system.
