Serving as a Proxy

The concept of proxy—acting on behalf of someone else—has long been part of InterAction+. It is part of InterAction+™ for Microsoft 365® as well. You can work as a proxy for another and update contacts, add and log activities and email, etc.

While proxy settings are set up in the Administrator, InterAction+™ for Microsoft 365® displays a proxy indicator on the top of every page so that you always know when you are working on behalf of someone else.

If you are not a proxy for anyone else, you will not see the indicator.

When you are acting as a proxy, you can add contacts and activities for that person.
