Logging Email as a Activity

You can log email received as an activity. In fact, logging email is the default option for adding an activity.

To log an email:

1. In the InterAction+™ for Microsoft 365® pane, click the Log email button. This opens an Add Activity panel.

   

2. Once you have all fields specified, select Save.
