Engagement

Every relationship is unique. Use InterAction+™ for Microsoft 365® to create relationships between contacts: individual to individual, company to individual, and more. Some relationships, often called Key Relationships, have a greater importance for the case or firm than others. InterAction+ for Microsoft 365® has a feature that helps you identify those key relationships.

The color indicates how high or low the range/strength of the relationship the firm has set up. Green means high; black means low.

 

Relationship

The Relationship list shows how connected the individual is to people at this organization.

The pane lists the contacts at our firm who know the contact. Elsewhere in InterAction+ this is "my co-workers who know this contact."

The name and title are included for each person included on the list

Clicking any one individual in the list moves to the activities associated with that person.
